UPSC Examination Results 2010 | UPSC Civil Services Mains Results | www.upsc.gov.in

Section - I: Civil Services of the mains results as following basis, 2009 held by the Union Public Service Commission in October – November, 2009, the candidates with the under mentioned Roll Numbers have qualified for Personality Test for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.

Section - II:Candidature of these candidates is provisional subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claims pertaining to age, educational qualifications, community, physical handicap etc. at the time of the Personality Test. They are, therefore, advised to keep the said prescribed certificates ready.

Section - III: All the qualified candidates for Personality Test are required to download the Summary Sheet available on the Commission’s website http://www.upsc.gov.in and send the same duly filled in by speed post to the Under Secretary (Shri D.B. Das), Room No.423, Ayog Sachivalaya Building, Union Public Service Commission, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069 within ten days from the date of declaration of result.

Personality Test of these candidates will commence from 22nd March, 2010. Personality Tests will be held in the Office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069. The date and time of Personality Test is being intimated to the qualified candidates individually. The date and time of Personality Test of candidates being called for Personality Test from 22.03.2010 to 06.04.2010 will be displayed on the Commission’s Website http://www.upsc.gov.in on 16th March, 2010 and the date and time of Personality Test of the remaining candidates will be displayed on 23rd March, 2010. The candidates who do not receive communication regarding their Personality Test, should immediately contact the office of the Commission through letter or on Phone Nos. 23385271, 23381125, 23098543 or Fax No. 011-23387310, 011-23384472.

Section - IV: No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test intimated to the candidates will be entertained under any circumstances.

Section - VI: The candidates are advised to notify changes in their address, if any, to the Commission immediately through letter or Fax at Telephone numbers indicated above.

Section - VII: The mark-sheets of candidates who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission’s Website within 60 days from the date of publication of this result and will remain available on the Website for a period of 60 days.

UPSC Notification for 2010 | UPSC 2010 | UPSC Entrance Examination Dates NDA, NA, CDS, Civil

The official website or homepage of UPSC is www.upsc.gov.in. UPSC stands for ‘Union Public Service commission‘. It conducts an entrance exam for National Defiance Academy. National Defiance Academy is an institute which provides joint training of Indian Defiance Services: Army, Navy & Air Force. This institute provides training to the cadets before they go for their pre-commission training to their respective academies. There are many examinations medium in different academics which were published by UPSC notification 2010. Here is provided the information regarding 2010
UPSC examination including dates of it.

National Defense Academy & Naval Academy Examination:
Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 18th October 2009/ 16th November, 2009
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 18th April 2010 (One day)
Age Limits: 16 ½ - 19 years - Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January 1992 and not later than 1st July, 1994 are eligible.
Minimum Qualifications in different Exam:
For Army Wing of National Defense Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Note: Candidates appearing at the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination are also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions.

Combined Defense Services Examination, 2010:
Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 26.09.2009/26.10.2009
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 15.02.2010 (One day)
Minimum academic qualifications prescribed:
For IMA and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
For Naval Academy: B.Sc. (with Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination, 2010:
Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 06.09.2009/05.10.2009
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 17.01.2010 (One day)
Minimum academic qualifications prescribed: M.B.B.S. Degree
Age Limits: Below 32 years as on 01.01.2010
Note: Candidates appearing at the final M.B.B.S. Examination are also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions. Selected candidates will be appointed only after they have completed compulsory rotating internship.
Remarks: Candidates appearing at the degree or equivalent examination are also eligible to compete subject to certain conditions.

UPSC 2010 notification for Civil Service examination:
Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications: 02 Jan 2010
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration: 23 May 2010 (One day)
Eligibility criteria: Candidates having a degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification will be eligible to apply for the test.
Age limit: 21-30 years on August 1, 2010.
