Master’s Degree in Linguistics or Comparative Philology or Indian Language and Literature including English, Computer Science from a recognized University.
Pay Scale : Rs. 37403/-
Age Limit :Max 40 years as on 01-08-2011.
Experience:
Two years research/training experience in
the area of Speech Recognition and
Synthesis or Character Recognition or
Natural Language Processing

Reader (Research Officer)
No Of Vacancies : 02 Posts
Qualification:
Doctorate degree in Linguistics/Comparative Philology/Indian Language and
Literature including English, Computer Science from a recognized University or
equivalent.
Pay Scale :Rs. 41,080/-
Age Limit : Max 45 years as on 01-08-2011 .
Experience:
Five years experience of teaching/research. Out of this minimum of 3years of research/training experience in the area of Speech Recognition and Synthesis
or Natural Language Processing

Senior Lecturer / Junior Research Officer
No of Vacancies : 02 Posts.
Qualification:
Master’s Degree with M.Phil / NET/SLETin Linguistics or Comparative Philology or
Indian Language and Literature including English, Computer Science from a recognized University.
Pay Scale :Rs. 39408/-
Age Limit : max 45 years as on 01-08-2011.
Experience:
Three years research/training experience in the area of Speech Recognition and
Synthesis or Natural Language Processing.

Research Assistant (Senior)
No of Vacancies : 13 Posts.
Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Linguistics or Comparative Philology or Indian Language
and Literature with two years of experience in research in corpus creation/ cleaning/use of corpus analyze tools.
Pay Scale :Rs. 24385/-
Age Limit :Max 35 years as on 01-08-2011.

Research Assistant (Junior)
No Of Vacancies : 06 Posts.
Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Linguistics or Comparative Philology or Indian Language
and Literature with one year of experience in research in corpus creation/cleaning/use of corpus analyze tools.
Pay Scale : Rs. 23716
Age Limit : 30 years as on 01-08-2011
