Bureau Of Indian Standards Inviting applications for the following posts .

Job Details:
SCIENTIST(B)

No OF Vacancies:115(Mechanical : 61,Civil :22,Food/ Microbiology/ Bio Chemistry: 17 , Electrical/Electronics :12, Computer Science : 3).
Qualification:B.E/B.TECH or M.E/M.TECH. with min 60% Of Marks in following and relaxation for Reservation candidates as per govt rules.
Pay Scale:Rs. 15,600-39,100+Grade Pay Rs.5,400.

Important Dates :
Opening Date for On-Line Registration of Application 20th August 2011.
Closing Date for On-Line Registration of Application 9th September 2011.

Age Limit:21-27 years of age as on 9th September 2011. Relaxation for Reservation candidates as per govt rules.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Eligible candidates will be required to appear in a written examination of 2½ hrs duration at their own expense.
Fee Details:
The application fee is 750/- . application fee shall be pay National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) mode only. For remittance of fee through electronic mode, candidates have to visit any Bank for depositing the fee through NEFT mode.
