For M E/ MTech or Equivalent Applicants have experience 2 years
For Ph. D in Engineering Equivalent Applicants have experience 4 years

pay scale :

Design Engineer 1 (0-3years exp) 40,000 to 60,000
Design Engineer 2 ( 3 - 7 years exp) 65,000 to 75,000
Design Engineer 3 (min 7 years exp)80,000 to 95,000.
